The Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) is a structured, multi-level leadership growth journey designed to prepare professionals for progressively greater leadership responsibilities. Three-Level Overview – ELDP Pathway
Level 1: Emerging Leaders Development Program
This foundational level prepares high-potential supervisors, technical leads, and first-time managers for broader leadership responsibilities. The program helps participants shift from individual contribution to strategic team leadership through a focus on personal awareness, enterprise thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Level 2: Mid-Level Management Training

Certification & Delivery
Each level of ELDP is delivered over 2 days (12 hours total) via in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats. Participants earn a NITA-Approved Certificate of Completion after successfully completing each stage, and may advance through the ELDP pathway as their leadership scope evolves.
