Three-Level Overview – ELGP Pathway
Level 1: Executive Influence & Strategic Leadership
This entry point into the ELGP targets senior leaders moving from operational roles into enterprise-wide leadership. The focus is on strengthening executive presence, adopting a systems-thinking approach, and influencing across teams and functions. Participants refine their leadership identity, enhance communication for impact, and navigate strategic decisions with foresight and composure.

Certification & Delivery
Each level is delivered over 2 days (12 hours total) through in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats. Participants earn a NITA-Approved Certificate of Completion for each level, with the opportunity to progress through the ELGP pathway as their leadership scope evolves.
